Returns/refunds
Can I return an asset pack/effect after purchase?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, due to the nature of digital products, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter, cancel or accept returns.
compatibility
What software are your assets compatible with?
We are a big fan of Davinci Resolve. We believe in supporting that community to help it grow. While our asset packs are compatible with any NLE, our effects are only compatible with Davinci Resolve.
Why have you chosen to only support Davinci Resolve?
As Resolve users ourselves, we believe in the future of Resolve. We aim to support its growth & continued adoption by only creating effects for Resolve.
